Neighborhood Ministries partners with several local organizations to feed hungry families.

Many of the families Neighborhood Ministries serves lack the resources to provide nutritious meals for their families on a daily basis. Children often eat breakfast and lunch at school as a part of the free and reduced lunch program offered through the Department of Education. To ensure that children and families have the food they need, Neighborhood Ministries provides food programs and services, including:

  • After school snacks and dinners
  • Community dinners (Kirwan Homes)
  • Emergency food boxes
  • Summer produce distributions
  • Summer weekend backpack program
  • Summer breakfast and lunch (through Summer Food Service Program)

To donate food, please call (330) 755-8696. Food can be delivered to one of our community centers or picked up, if needed.
