Who We Are

The Kirwan Homes Community Center  was started in the mid 1960's as an outreach in the Kirwan Homes housing development in Campbell. Ohio. From this center we serve not only the immediate neighborhood but the entire city of Campbell.

The Rockford Village Community Center is located on the east side of Youngstown in the Rockford Village Community Center. We have been operating the center since 1984. The neighborhood was formerly known as the Kimmelbrook housing development.

The Fairview Arts and Outreach Center was started in 2004 as a collaboration with the Trumbull Baptist Association, Neighborhood Ministries and Top Hat Productions. Programs here serve the larger community, including activities involving our other centers.

The West Side Community Center is a collaborative venture between Neighborhood Ministries and the merged churches of Cavary Baptist Church in Boardman and West Side Baptist church in Youngstown. Our partnership here began in February of 2009 in the Former West Side Baptist Church building. The Center is located next door to McGuffey school.
