What's Up at Neighborhood Ministries
SnoBowl 2009 was a great success. Not only did we raise considerable funds we also learned some new ways to get that ball down the alley!

Everybody had a smile.

A couple of young girls at the center for fun during our Community days at the center. Our Community Days give us an opportunity to show off some special orangizations that help us throughout the year. Goodwill, Easter Seals, Braydick Dental, and many more. The whole day is geared for fun and information
A Feast Fit For A King or Four. Neighborhood Ministries feeds many, many children throughout the year. Our feeding program is awesome! Food helps us attract the children and then we can present them with some of the other services and programs we offer.

A great game of rolling races at Kirwan Center. Each center offers many activites to keep the children physically active throughout the year. As you can see they love to play. In the day of X-boxes, computers, and video games physical activites are very important.
(Below left) Dancing at summer camp is also a great activity. Other activities include swimming, horse back riding, caneoing, fishing, as well as crafts, storytelling, and other traditional camping experiences.
(Above right) God's Word for God's Creation. The ministering of God's Holy Word to the children is what Neighborhood Ministries is really about. Offering the children Salvation through Jesus Christ is the most important service we can give. Many of the children learn memory verses and receive some nice rewards for their work in the Scriptures.
